Various Projects still ongoing
Babylonstoren
Various projects have been completed since June 2011 that are still ongoing including renovating historical stables into the renowned Babel Restaurant and transforming an old farmhouse into a luxury hotel with specialized amenities. Additionally, custom-designed features like a fountain with automated water sensors and recreational areas for farm staff and students were constructed, along with facilities like production stores and spas.

Renovations & additions to old buildings to create a wine tasting area, a restaurant and conference facilities. The old historical farmhouse was restored to create a family home for the farm manager.

Historical Building Renovation
Soetmelksvlei Historical Farm
Full description under heading: This old 19th century farm was renovated to become a full working farm. The old manor house was carefully resorted reflect life of many years ago. The old stable buildings was renovated to become a new restaurant. A traditional watermill, farm shop, milk and meat room, a distillery and fowl house was built to create a traditional farm experience. Newly constructed, fully working workshops where visitors can interact with craftspeople also adds a special touch to his project.
